We grow 40 varieties of organic garlic that we also sell at 4 local farmers markets and to local chefs and small food processors. We also sell green garlic (April) and garlic scapes (May-June), garlic braids, chive blossom vinegar, and local, raw, chemical-free honey from our bee hives.
