About Murray's

A Hudson Valley destination, Murray's Cafe serves brunch seven days a week. We are the last leg in the journey that supports our local food system, serving you, the hungry public. Chef Amy Lawton creates a new menu each week, and culls the most seasonal and sustainably grown ingredients from local farms, markets, and even Murray's own garden of herbs, summer vegetables, and lettuces. We are committed to working with local farms, and knowing where our food comes from, and we encourage you to ask, not only here, but everywhere you eat. We have contracted with several small farms, all with organic growing practices, to supply us as we grow in the coming year. During the summer, dine alfresco in the garden under the stars, or inside in the winter on farm tables and lengthy church pews. Please visit our website for more information!
