Pat LaFrieda Meat Purveyors offer a wide selection of domestic beef, poultry, lamb and pork cuts. Our meat suppliers are carefully chosen to ensure humane treatment and slaughter, natural quality, and support for small farmers. None of our meats originate from confined feed-lots. We spend a lot of time making sure that our meats come from slaughterhouses such as Creek Stone in Kansas, a facility designed by Dr. Temple Grandin to maximize animal welfare and therefore quality. We offer all-natural black Angus beef, raised on grass and grain-finished with no hormone or antibiotic treatments, as well as Certified Organic products and pastured meats. Our butchers begin the night before each business day so that your order is processed and ready to ship by 5:30 AM the next morning. All product is hand-selected to our customers' specifications, and our deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Being direct distributors of our products makes us competitively priced, and we carry over 500 items, so we are sure to have the specific cuts that you are looking for. As we're located in the heart of New York City, we ensure great service, and since the restaurants have specific scheduling needs, we offer late deliveries as well.
