SSCC is dedicated to bringing healthy, local and regionally produced food to the community at an affordable price. They have fostered meaningful relationships with farmers, producers and distributors and place strong emphasis on organic, fair trade and local/regional products. They offer fresh, organic dairy and eggs, pasture-raised meats and poultry, as well as many dry goods. Membership is open to all and involves a one-time 100 membership fee (150 for families or 75 for students/seniors). Members agree to work three hours/month. Currently operating as a food-buying club.
