About Real Food Farms
Real Food Farms is passionate about providing locally and naturally grown food for the better health of our community. Free from pesticides, genetic engineering and chemical fertilizers, our fresh produce, milk and eggs are grown in the Grasslands Community situated between Franklin and Brentwood, TN. We offer Summer and Winter CSA shares with deliveries throughout the greater Nashville area.
