Fletcher's is a small scale barbecue joint smoking their fare over maple and red oak. Like many of their Brooklyn neighbors, they believe in supporting farms utilizing humane practices in a sustainable environment. They strive to source meats from farm-cooperatives raising animals that are all-natural, hormone-free, organic, and free-grazing.

While this is more expensive to source, they believe preparing these meats in the uniquely American tradition of pit barbecue creates really wonderful 'cue. They hope you agree. Their menu rotates based on what they're able to buy on a daily basis.
