Purchased in 1865 by George Zweck (Tom’s great grandfather), the Zweck farm is one of the oldest family owned farms in Colorado. Tom and Connie Zweck moved back to the farm in 1974 to start their organic farm. Tom and Connie are dedicated to quality and freshness. Their organic vegetables are picked fresh daily from gardens on the farm. With over 90 varieties of vegetables, herbs and flowers that are certified organic, the Zwecks care very deeply about their land and the vegetables they grow and serve to their customers. Over the years, they have trailed 100’s of varieties to find the tenderest, sweetest varieties available, always picked at their peak.
