About SALT
The philosophy at SALT is simple. They believe in humane animal husbandry and the Farm to Fork movement. Farm to Fork ensures the shortest distance from farm to table. It doesn’t have to be sprayed with chemicals to protect it for the long haul to the restaurant. Their beef is raised in pastures and never goes to feedlots. The staff at SALT have made a committment to use Boulder County product whenever possible. They are fortunate to have a wealth of abundant and diverse resources here and rich farm country around us. The Farmers Market, held every Wednesday and Saturday, brings the community together and you will see much of the produce found there featured on our menu that evening. They are thankful for the hardwork and dedication of these farmers and their families.Near This Listing
