About Restaurant Zoe

Capitol Hill has welcomed them with a generous heart in much the same way they welcomed their first guest when we opened in Belltown in 2000. Chef Scott Staples and his crew set out to create an energetic urban bistro known for incredible food and thoughtful service. Scott's still doing much the same thing, with a vibrant Capitol Hill spirit.

The plates served each night are filled with an imaginative take on American food. They search out excellent cuts of meat and the best seafood, with an eye for sustainably raised, locally grown food sources.

Their fruits and vegetables are always fresh, and often come from local farms. When it comes to bread and dessert, they like to make our own. And that always includes ice cream made by hand.
