About Ngam
Ngam serves artisanally prepared modern interpretations of classic Thai comfort food, inspired by the childhood memories of our chef, Ngamprom “Hong” Thaimee. We use only all natural, premium ingredients in all of our dishes. We try to source all of our produce from local farms when possible, use only hormone free and naturally raised poultry and meat, and select only sustainable and non-endangered seafood. We are absolutely enthusiastic about providing the highest level of service to our guests. We want you to feel like a part of our family–where you will always have a seat at the table, and there will always be a plate of delicious food waiting for you.
