Steg Farm is a mini-farm in Harris County, Texas, dedicated to raising the highest quality beef, rabbit and eggs and growing beyond-organic produce to meet the demands of the discriminating Houston consumer. Spoiled by the quality of pastured meats and fresh produce we found from local small farms, owner Valerie and her husband took on the challenge to start their own farm and raise food of an uncompromising quality for those that insist on nothing short of the best. If we wouldn't eat it, we aren't selling it!
