SunCafe offers organic, vegan, and raw food cuisines. Founder Ron Russell has been a vegetarian for 35 years, and a chef for most of that time. He has continually developed healthier versions of traditional foods, and unique dishes of his own inspiration, including raw food recipes. The cafe celebrates food in its natural, unadulterated state, using organic, local ingredients and prepare them simply. Nearly everything they serve is made from scratch, including all of their "meats", sauces, mayo, and 5 kinds of seed/nut cheeses. Their most popular dishes include kale shakes, raw nachos, raw pizzas, lasagna, and cookie dough pie. Most of their dishes and all their desserts are gluten free.
