About Windjammer Farm
Windjammer Farm raises non-certified, organically-raised, free-range broilers and eggs. We feed all our chickens a certified organic ration with flax seed which makes our eggs significantly higher in omega-3 fatty acids and lower in cholesterol than the industry standard (tested at AURI - results available upon request). Along with our chickens and eggs, we grow fruit, vegetables and garlic, as well as feed hay, tending our land with green and animal manures and crop rotation, and never using herbicides, pesticides, or synthetic fertilizers. We sell directly from our farm to restaurants and individuals, at local farmers markets, and through our produce CSA. We are conveniently located at mile marker 48 on State Highway 15.
