About Gala Restaurant at Orchards Hotel
William brought his talents to the Orchards Gala Steakhouse and Bistro, as Sous Chef in 2012. In 2014 William was promoted to Executive Chef. In his new role Sheridan explains, "Being from this area allows me to bring the local farms to life in our restaurant. I enjoy creating dishes when I can use local product and wild edibles, which I sometimes pick, to create comfort food with great flavors."
