They take great pride in providing the freshest, healthiest, ingredients available, such as organic, fair-trade coffee, cage-free farm eggs fed only wheat and corn, ocean-raised Canadian salmon, and 100% natural beef that has never been given antibiotics or hormones. Most of their fruits and vegetables are purchased from local farmers and growers, and they use 100% Grade A pure maple syrup for their made-from-scratch pancakes.
