Pasta Pomodoro prepares fresh, simple and authentic Northern Italian-inspired fare. Seasonal produce inspires their menu. They source local, organic produce such as Earthbound's organic leaf lettuce and spinach, and ingredients from a growing list of farmers and families including Capay Farms, Coke Farms, Dwelley Farms, and Riverdog Farms. All of their tomatoes are locally grown in Salinas, CA. They also use cured meats from Zoe's Meats in Petaluma.
