About Blue Bottle Coffee

Blue Bottle Coffee began as a simple promise to only serve coffee less than 48 hours out of the roaster, using only the finest, most delicious, and responsibly sourced beans. Now, more than 10 years later, Blue Bottle Coffee has grown to a small network of cafes, wholesale partners, an espresso cart, and some vintage German coffee roasters, all in a variety of locations in the Bay area, New York City, and Los Angeles. After all this time, Blue Bottle is still united by the simple purpose of getting great coffee to everyone who asks for it.

Each café is built with an eye trained on the environment that surrounds it, with the idea that each space must be a respectful tribute to the community.
