Bull City Burger and Brewery is a locally owned, independent restaurant and craft brewery serving lunch and dinner 7 days a week. They offer family friendly dining with a children’s play area, as well as a private meeting room event within full view of their brewery. They have up to eight beers on-tap at any given time from their full-scale working brewery, creating fresh ales and lagers rotating seasonally throughout the year. They also take wine seriously and feature farmer-made, estate-grown and bottled wines from around the world, which are served on-tap via the Enomatic self-serve wine-dispensing machine. Sustainability is central to Bull City Burger and Brewery’s core values. The restaurant is very much “farm-to-fork,” working closely with North Carolina pasture-raised beef farmers supplying beef with no added hormones and antibiotic-free that Bull City grinds daily for hamburgers and all-beef hotdogs. The restaurant also works as much as possible to source locally grown vegetables, making everything from scratch. Additionally, the grain left over from brewing feeds locally farmed pigs and chickens, and Bull City's fryer oil becomes bio-diesel to fuel vehicles. The restaurant also recycle 99.9% of their food waste to feed pigs on a local farm, putting nearly zero food waste into landfills.
