18 Seaboard
About 18 Seaboard
18 Seaboard is a seafood restaurant in Raleigh that not only sustainably sources its seafood, but sources its produce and other proteins locally, from a list of farms and purveyors found within the Triangle. You'll find dishes like shrimp and pappardelle pasta alongside duck confit salad, both which have been sourced from local farms and bodies of water. Chef/owner Jason Smith considers it a personal mission to find the best ingredients, and is proud to include them on his menu. A list of special events, secret recipes, and an exhaustive list of suppliers can be found on the 18 Seaboard website.Near This Listing
