The philosophy of the kitchen and bar at Poole's Diner is easy to digest: creative, simple offerings executed carefully. The menu rotates seasonally, inspired by the time of year and its offerings, though Southern staples are always served. As seasons change, so do the chalkboard menus. Poole's works with both local growers and artisan producers whenever possible, to showcase their craft. Poole's is proud to be a part of a community that recognizes the importance and value of supporting the small family farm. Bar opens daily at 5 PM.
