Homestead Harvest Farm is a family owned and operated farm situated on 20 acres near Wake Forest, NC. Their animals are raised on pasture where they have access to plenty of grass and sunshine. The farm offers chicken and duck eggs, as well as chicken, duck, turkey, goose, and pork meats. Laying flocks are 100% free range and are fed only non GMO, soy free grains. Poultry birds are all free-range, and many come from heritage breeds. Products can be purchased from the farm, or at the Midtown Farmer's Market between April and November, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. Or, try the Downtown Raleigh Farmer's Market between May and October, on Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
