Bellevale Farm received its organic certification in 2008 to ensure the good health of their herd and the high quality of their milk. Their cows graze on grass grown from organically balanced soils day and night, and the farm uses natural holistic remedies for the health of their cows instead of antibiotics and synthetic hormones.
