What started out as a single food truck back in 2009, has since expanded to five trucks, three restaurants, without wheels, and a thriving catering business. Curry Up Now is passionate about bringing their unique blend of traditional Indian street food from their childhood and presenting it in a friendly, recognizable way to the world while still maintaining the values and excellence that has made them successful. Supporting their local community is extremely important to them, which is why they use locally sourced, sustainable ingredients whenever possible, from select farmers, growers and producers within a few hundred mile radius of their restaurants. Not surprisingly, their meat comes from animals on veggie diets, with no additives, preservatives, antibiotics, hormones or steroids added.
