The Huckleberry cafe and bakery serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in an atmosphere of fun, creative comfort. With a full service bakery onsite, baking fresh pies, pastries, cookies, cakes and bread daily (including gluten-free) at The Huckleberry there's something for everyone! Located in Historic Downtown Louisville, Colorado, The Huckleberry's building dates back to 1894, originally serving as the town's Post Office. The building has also functioned as a bank, a pharmacy, and two different restaurants as well as being one of the stops along the "prohibition tunnels", dug by miners, to get from one saloon to another during the years of Prohibition. Despite all this, what truly sets The Huckleberry apart is their commitment to fresh, locally produced and organic ingredients, which led them to create our their own farm, Three Leaf Farm in Lafayette. Tucked along the banks of Coal Creek with majestic views of the Continental Divide, 100% of their harvest goes to their restaurant and catering services.
