Cubana Social combines traditional Cuban flavors with local ones to create vibrant comfort food. Using 'Grandma's' traditions, old school vibes, the spirit of Cuba, classic cocktails, roots and jazz music, they offer something for everyone, including vegan and gluten-free eaters! They also have a history of music programming honoring jazz and Afro Cuban roots and supporting local artists.

They focus on seasonal, predominantly organic, and responsibly sourced ingredients while providing delicious inspired options for omnivores, carnivores, vegetarians, and vegans alike. They use regional, sustainable line-caught seafood, Pennsylvania pasture raised beef, humane/hormone/antibiotic-free New York eggs, dairy and produce, Fair Trade organic coffee and teas, local beer, wine and liquors.
