West End Tavern's chefs create delicious, home-style cuisine that features Boulder's best BBQ, juicy burgers, fantastic salads and creative daily specials.

They use natural beef, chicken and pork and source cleaner ingredients – natural and local – whenever possible. They grow and use herbs from our garden boxes. They support fisheries and purveyors that are environmentally conscious and that fish legally from sustainable waters. They recycle and compost nearly 100% of our discards. They are PACE certified and use only Rainforest Certified Coffee.
