The intimate 60-seat dining room features a $55 prix fixe menu of Chef Sbraga's artful interpretations of American cuisine. If guests would like to sample more of the menu, they might want to try the $75, six-course tasting menu. Guests who choose the tasting menu also sit at the chef's counter, where they may watch their meal as it is prepared by the masterful chefs. Both menu options may be supplemented with a $40 wine pairing, where each dish is served with a three-ounce pour of wine hand-chosen to enhance the dining experience.
