The Dining Room at Volvér serves 6-course and 12-course chef's tasting menus, driven by the finest available ingredients and inspired by Chef Garces' culinary travels around the world. The ever-evolving menu highlights seasonal ingredients prepared with modern techniques that capture and amplify their inherent flavors.

Regional specialties, including locally raised meat, poultry and seafood, and produce from Chef Garces' own Luna Farm in nearby Bucks County, feature prominently on the inventive and exciting menu, and the kitchen's strong focus on innovation ensures that no two meals at Volvér are ever exactly alike.

The 12-Course tasting menu is the heart of Volvér. Guests enjoy four palate-whetting snacks followed by 8 of our most inventive and exciting plates. Two distinctive beverage pairing options are available, along with a comprehensive list of wines by the bottle and expertly crafted cocktails.
