To bring another touch of France to Philly, Chef Olivier Desaintmartin chose to emulate the traditional rotisseries and epiceries of France. They imported two authentic French Rotisserie machines, to prepare simple, delicious, meats for dinners and sandwiches. Their pantry is stocked with specialty items from France; from mustards, vinegars and oils, to cookies and chocolates, and french cheeses and a selections of pâtés.

They serve all natural, GMO-free meats, and vegetables. Sourced from Amish family farms, their chickens are free range, all natural, antibiotic free. Their beef is 100% genetically verified Black Angus beef, and their "Heirloom Pork" is raised and processed in traditional methods. All of their meat is all-natural, grass fed and antibiotic free. It is then slow roasted in the french rôtisserie style, served on a freshly baked baguette or with seasonal vegetables as a meal. Come pick up a sandwich on your lunch break, or grab a full, gourmet dinner to take home.
