Naked City boasts an award-winning brewery that produces a variety of small-batch beers available at the pub and friendly bars and restaurants in Seattle, Tacoma, Bellingham, and beyond. The 24 taps of THE NAKED CITY offer a constantly rotating variety of Washington's best beers, regional craft beers, and the best beers Donald and Don have found in two lifetimes of beer travels around the world, while Chef Tessa Roberts, balances her experience in pubs with a strong background in vegetarian cuisine (she was also head chef at Delicious Planet). At Naked City, Tessa is charged with balancing the hearty sandwiches with delicious entrees and small plates, including vegetarian dishes to please the whole community. Anchored by Tessa's award-winning beet burger, the dinner, lunch, and happy hour menus include a seasonally rotating variety of fresh local ingredients. At Naked City's seasonal Brewers Dinners, vegetarian versions of each course can be created upon request at no additional charge, and the new mushroom entree on our dinner menu is deliciously vegan and gluten free.
