It's the mission of Blackbelly to not only know where the food comes from, but to serve their customers the very best product they can find. They began by raising their own livestock - pigs and lamb - to use in their kitchen. Next came the greenhouse where they grow their own supply of organic vegetables. If they can't produce it themselves, they supplement with the best local products. They've cultivated relationships with regional artisans and suppliers to secure the best products they can possibly find.
