Blue Moon Burgers is a locally owned and operated gourmet burger chain in Seattle, established in 2005. Unlike other burger joints, they use only premium, locally sourced beef in their burgers. They also offer all natural chicken, housemade 100% vegan black bean patties and their own vegetarian falafel patties. They also offer delicious gluten-free buns and each location has a dedicated gluten-free fryer for delicious fries, gluten-free onion rings and gluten-free chicken fingers. Their fries are hand cut, prepared fresh in house, daily, from whole russet potatoes. The ice cream is hand dipped to make the some of the best milk shakes, malts and root beer floats in town.
