The Ridgeback Cafe was established in 2010 with the goal of serving delicious breakfasts and lunches in a warm, friendly and comfortable atmosphere, using warm natural light and maple toned wood. Everything is made from scratch using fresh local ingredients, and half of the restaurant was recently converted into a local market place, selling local dairy, candles, oils, beer, wine, snacks, remedies, cards, gifts and so much more.
