About Frank's
Frank's Oyster House and Champagne Parlor is an East Coast, Boston inspired eatery that co-owner Sarah Penn remembers from her early years, going out with her grandfather, Frank Duffin. Frank introduced Sarah to the reliable pleasures of dining out at Boston area eateries and has worked tirelessly to bring this same sensibility to the Seattle area. Serving up fresh, local, often organic, artisanal products from company's such as Beecher's Cheeses, Zoe's Meats and Painted Hills Meats, Frank's commemorates those early memories and has become a fresh take on the hospitality and warmth from those adventures.
