They're a small Italian restaurant making food like grandma used to back in Italy-- using simple, yet seasonal ingredients, many of which come from local farms. Many describe them as a contemporary Italian deli -- but the food goes much beyond that of a deli. Mostly everything is made in house and hand crafted from the finest ingredients available.

DiFranco's won Denver's best Italian restaurant of 2013 from Westword. As described in the award-- this unassuming, low-key joint is a casual counter service style restaurant with a focus on simple and seasonal italian cuisine. The menu, which changes seasonally, emphasizes using locally sourced and organic ingredients. Fresh pastas, salads, + sandwiches compose the daily menu for lunch and dinner. Ryan DiFranco created the concept in 2012 and is joined by fellow team members Lisa Redlich, Brooke Bornman, Charlie Johnson, Corey Stewart, Lucas Ortiz, Rob Valdez, Kayla Magee, Luz Manzo, and Lexi Warden.
