Appaloosa Grill is proud to serve fresh, high quality all natural proteins and uses organic produce when and wherever possible. Everything is made from scratch, right down to the ketchup! Chef Sean Boutot has created a menu that features a wide variety of comfort foods as well as a large selection of vegetarian, gluten free and vegan options. The Grill boasts two happy hours daily and the kitchen is open until 1:30am nightly.

As Denver continues to grow so does Appaloosa Grill! In 2007 the restaurant underwent a $750K renovation and expansion which provided additional dining area and major upgrades to the stage, lights and sound system which dramatically improved the free nightly talent offerings. The renovations were essential to become what it is today including the ability to draw in more national bands and musicians as well as a space to host large, private parties. Live Music every night at 10pm featuring local, regional, and national talent.
