Guard and Grace is a take on the big, fancy, modern steakhouse – miles and miles of fiery grills and charcuterie, oyster bar and bar tops, private rooms, and a posh, walk-in, floor-to-high-ceiling glassed wine cellar – yet still, with more of a bright, airy playfulness than the usual dark, stiff, mano a mano atmosphere.

Guard and Grace's spectacular 9,000 square foot space is located in the heart of Downtown Denver's business center on the street level of the 56-floor CenturyLink Tower (Denver's highest building). Prime, certified angus and local grass-fed cuts of beef in 4 to 22 oz. portions appeal to multiple appetites, from discreet to ravenous; and fresh seafood, charcuterie, artisanal cheeses as well as vegetarian selections fill an expansive bill of fare. Multiple private rooms and multi-course party menus meet nearly any need; and the 4,000-bottle temperature-controlled wine cellar sports wine lockers, where guests can squirrel away some of their own "reserve" bottles.
