Sushi Den has been on the vanguard and regarded as one of the premier sushi and Japanese restaurants in the United States since opening Christmas 1984. Independently owned and operated, Sushi Den continually raises the bar and sets the standard for high quality cuisine. With an incredibly dedicated and talented staff of 100, plus family members in Denver and Japan, the Sushi Den vision has taken the restaurant to one of the top sushi restaurants in the country .
In 2010, Sushi Den purchased a 6.5 acre farm in Brighton to grow its own pesticide free vegetables. They are also building an energy-efficient greenhouse, providing a solution for long-term sustainability to its Den Farm.
