About Baitsholts Farm
Cheryl and Ray Baitsholts raise all-natural lamb on pasture just southwest of Albany. The lambs receive a minimal amount of grain as ewes before they're put out into the fields to feast on grasses. No antibiotics or hormones are ever used. Lamb is available from the farm and at the Rensselaerville Farmers' Market. Beyond lamb meat, the Baitsholt's also produce wool products and blankets.
