Happy Belly is the next evolution in food trucks. More flavor, fresher ingredients, great service, better food. The team behind this project believe in quality ingredients, healthful preparation and exceptional flavor. Their menu evolves with the seasons and they do their best to serve up innovative dishes from their truck and from their catering kitchen. Happy Belly is trying to create a "Farm to Street" food truck movement. Using all natural foods and trying to use fresh, organic and local ingredients when possible, their approach is very simple: extraordinary flavors begin with exceptional ingredients.
