Savory and sweet, locally sourced delectables, featuring one-of-a-kind New York State Maple Syrup. Snowday is dedicated to serving maple syrup-themed foods made with ingredients sourced from local farms. Snowday is a true farm-to-truck experience. But beyond sustainable food, the truck is run by Drive Change, a New York-based organization that trains and employs formerly incarcerated youth in hopes of helping them find work and keeping them out of prison. Drive Change is a hybrid profit/non-profit organization. All sales from the trucks recycle back into the organization, subsidizing the cost of running their reentry program. The team behind Snowday believes in collective impact, working closely with other community organizations to inspire change. Snowday is more than mere mobile eatery, it's a "vehicle for social justice."
