They want to provoke your senses and take them from classic, nostalgic flavors to new, inspired dishes with a nod towards the American classics. With the kitchen led by Executive Chef DJ Nagle, this is modern American cooking at its best. Their menu features the kind of food you'd want to eat with friends and family, sparking memorable flavors while satisfying your palate. Using mostly local ingredients, their produce, farm and fish are prepared on site every day, and paired with ingredients so good they really speak for themselves.
