Kyōten is a stand-alone trailer serving Japanese food in a zen rock garden landscape. They serve ingredient driven food with a Japanese approach and mindset. "Simple things done well" is one of their core themes. They procure high-quality, sustainable, affordable ingredients and serve them simply. Most of the food they make is centered around rice; they specialize in sushi and rice bowls. They make food that appeals to the human instinct.
