Octopus Bar is from Chefs Angus Brown and Nhan Le. Though they come from different culinary backgrounds, they opened Octopus Bar in 2011 after collaborating on a supper series. Their cuisine puts a heavy emphasis on seasonal, market-driven ingredients, which are sourced locally and from Asian and European markets. For these two Chefs, Octopus Bar represents the intersection between a local eatery and punk rock fine dining.
