Inspired by the great Gastropubs of New York and London, There was created to offer outstanding cuisine in a casual, local atmosphere. They aim to create a place where customers are just as comfortable in a suit after work as they are in flip flops and a t-shirt. And, regardless of how you're dressed, you are always treated with great service, enjoy an craft cocktail or two, and can't wait to come back and see what Chef has cooked up next. They use local purveyors, and when in season, produce from their organic garden right down the street, to create hand-crafted dishes that you will not find common. They grind their meats, make their own sausage, hand cut their fries, make every sauce, working hard to ensure that every dish is unique, delicious and that they have earned their place as your neighborhood Gastropub. They compliment their menu with specialty cocktails, some created and some classics, and feature local craft breweries on tap and carefully selected beers and wine from around the world.
