Zelko Bistro is owned by two exceptional young women - from two exceptionally different backgrounds. One is Jamie Zelko, chef and native Houstonian with a belief in true community. She envisions her concept through purpose and perseverance with a commitment to obtaining all the details behind her products. Partnered with her in this venture, is Dalia Zelko, a native of Texas, who now describes herself as a Houstonian through and through. Being a Chef led restaurant, Zelko has materialized a concept in ZB that has become a Houston favorite for the past few years. Dalia executes this concept through daily operations and creative steering. Both women share the vision and common goal of Quality Products, Service, Exceptional Standards and especially, the insatiable hunger for Social Impact and Responsibility
