Blu Moon Café is an independently owned hip eatery, perfectly placed in the heart of Carmel's Arts and Design District. At lunchtime, they specialize in paninis and sandwiches that bring dignity back to the midday meal, soups that warm the coldest hearts and salads that fly you to the moon and back. Creative ingredient pairings and daily specials (that are truly special) feature flavorful in-season items. Blu Moon believes that when you serve creative meals made from scratch, your guests can see and taste how much you care. Brian and Shelley Jordan opened Blu Moon Café in the spring of 2010 because they care about serving outstanding, from-scratch, local food to Indianapolis-area diners
