In addition to organic burgers, steaks, fresh baked flatbread pizzas and salads, the menu also features Brazilian dishes like pastels (a flaky pastry appetizer with savory fillings), feijoada (a traditional hearty black bean stew dish with pork belly and smoked sausage), shrimp moqueca (shrimp poached in coconut milk with tomato, peppers and cilantro), and fresh Brazilian and American desserts. They use locally grown produce, organic beef, free range chicken and eggs, and feature other sustainably-raised menu-options like bison burgers and wild caught seafood.
