Cow and Clover is located on the fast growing south side waterfront in the Williamsburg section of Brooklyn. Their open layout embraces a family feeling with an extraordinary culinary offering centered around our wood burning ovens. The custom made twin brick, wood-fired ovens can reach temperatures of up to a scorching 900+ degrees, searing in juices and keeping a roast, steak, short rib burger, even the breast of their Piri Piri Chicken succulent, tender and flavorful while also cooking the perfect artichoke, baking flat breads or seared Jalapenos for their house infused Jalapeno Vodka. They offer grass-fed beef, free range chickens, wild caught, sustainable fish and whole pigs from Flying Pigs Farm in Sushan, New York. Seasonal vegetables and fruit year round. Real food, grown and raised how nature intended. Executive Chef Morgan can often be found at the local farmers markets. This philosophy extends to their fresh, homemade juices at the bar and is also reflected in their stunning chandelier, masterfully crafted from re-purposed wine jugs by local but well traveled artist Andrew Poneros.
