About COLORS

COLORS strengthens the city from the grassroots by providing local, ethical, and delicious food. COLORS provides job training to unemployed community residents to equip them with the life skills, job training, and work experience they need to pursue careers in the hospitality and food service industry. Through the course of ten weeks, student servers are taught the importance and art of great customer service through an introduction to serving and bartending. At COLORS, they value and respect each producer of produce, meat and other ingredients, trying to source as locally as often as possible, creating a fair and ethical food system from the dirt to your plate.
